Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Line Cook experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Chef’s Apprentice is preferred.
• Certified Professional Food Manager certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs Cook duties at all stations in the kitchen to ensure food preparation meets Universal Standards.
• Monitors Line Cooks to ensure proper food safety practices are followed at all times.
• Trains new Team Members on basic food safety and the overall process of food preparation/venue standards.
• Assists the Sous Chef with leading the Line Cooks workflow and prioritization.
• Assists in ordering and receiving, and maintains basic inventory understanding.
