Salted is hiring a Lead Line Cook at 2100 Kerrigan Ave., Union City, NJ 07087. This position offers AM/PM/Weekend shifts with hourly pay ranging from $22 to $27.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Solid foundation in knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more.

• Prepare and cook food items to Salted standards.
• Maintain sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Take ownership of opening, closing, and shift hand-off processes.
• Assist in training and development of staff.
• Foster a harmonious team environment and resolve minor conflicts.
