Job summary

Salted is hiring a Lead Line Cook at 2100 Kerrigan Ave., Union City, NJ 07087. This position offers AM/PM/Weekend shifts with hourly pay ranging from $22 to $27.

Lead responsibilities include upholding Salted's culinary standards, coordinating with the Front of House, and training staff. Must have at least 2 years kitchen experience and 1 year of leadership experience. Apply today to join our delivery-first restaurant group.

• Maintain sanitation regulations and safety standards.

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and shift hand-off processes.

Lead Line Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items to perfection, accurately following our Salted culinary standards.
• Maintain compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our virtual Front of House team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Take ownership of the opening, closing, and shift hand-off process.
• Assist in the training and development of staff members.
• Facilitate smooth team dynamics by addressing and resolving minor conflicts among staff, fostering a harmonious work atmosphere.
