Job summary

Caesars Entertainment’s Hell’s Kitchen outlet seeks a skilled Cook II to prepare and execute menu items to exacting standards in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will support kitchen leadership, guide junior cooks, and ensure quality, presentation, and timely service for guests.

Must have at least 4 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of sanitation. Culinary school experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in high volume, quality establishment, or equivalent technical training in the food industry.
• Culinary school experience preferred.
• Must have knowledge of kitchen sanitation and operation.
• Must be familiar with general maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work any shift and station in their outlet.
• Maintain fast and sanitary preparation of all menu items following recipes and standards.
• Assist in all kitchen areas and other duties as assigned.
• Lead cook responsibilities for advancement and development when needed.
• Ensure orders are uniform and consistent.
