Job summary

Stone Brewing is seeking a Lead Line Cook to support management by leading the kitchen team with accurate and efficient cooking of meats, fish, vegetables, and other hot items, and to own final plate prep and garnishing.

You will collaborate with Front of House to time service, manage prep, lead shifts, train staff, ensure health and safety, and uphold the brewery's standards during events and regular service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen line in cooking meats, fish, vegetables and other hot items accurately and efficiently.
• Own final plate preparation, plating and garnishing with appropriate garnishes for each menu item.
• Collaborate with Front of House teams to execute timely final plate delivery to fans.
