• ServSafe or willingness to obtain certification.
• Supervisory experience and kitchen procedure training.

Aufgaben

• Support kitchen team members in the Executive Chef's absence.
• Execute all kitchen positions and assist line staff as needed.
• Train staff on practices and procedures to maintain quality.
• Produce high‑quality plates following standardized recipes.
• Use FIFO to minimize waste and product loss.
• Keep stations stocked before and during peak hours.
• Set up and organize kitchen stock and ingredients.
• Ensure proper portions for menu items and events.
