Stone Brewing in San Diego seeks a Lead Line Cook to guide a kitchen team and oversee cooking, plating, and garnishing of hot foods. You will ensure consistency with recipes, manage prep, and support events to deliver outstanding fan experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, adherence to health and safety standards, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 4 years of related experience in high-volume kitchen.
• San Diego County Food Handlers card required.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead kitchen line in cooking meats, seafood, vegetables to spec.
• Own final plate preparation, plating and garnishing.
• Monitor food prep temperatures and maintain safety standards.
• Delegate tasks, coach staff and manage shifts.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to time final plate delivery.
