Zusammenfassung

DK Law is seeking a Legal Negotiator to lead a team in pre-litigation for personal injury claims at our Costa Mesa office. You will spearhead settlement demands and negotiations to transform complex cases into strong financial recoveries, working closely with attorneys and support staff.

The role requires 3+ years in Personal Injury Law, experience negotiating high-value cases, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury Law.
• Experience negotiating high value cases ($250k and above).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Adobe.

Aufgaben

• Lead settlement negotiations with insurers and defense firms to maximize recoveries.
• Review demands to identify damages, liability, and key issues.
• Develop negotiation strategies considering policy limits and defense positions.
• Maintain detailed records of negotiations and update case status.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure timely communication.
