Job summary

ComPsych Corporation is seeking a senior leader to own FMLA, state, and municipal leave compliance, overseeing legal research and a team of attorneys and compliance specialists. You will partner with Product, Sales, and Account Management to align regulatory strategy with business goals.

The role requires a JD preferred and strong litigation/legal research background, plus proven management of legal staff. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred and strong legal research skills.
• Experience leading attorneys and compliance staff.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory monitoring and implementation of leave laws.
• Manage attorneys and compliance specialists; recruit and retain talent.
• Serve as compliance escalation point and sales liaison.
• Lead inbox coverage team and Employment Law Analyst.
