ComPsych Corporation is seeking a Senior Compliance Leader to own FMLA, state, and municipal leave compliance. You will lead the team supporting that function, partner with Operations, Product, Sales, and Account Management to keep our compliance solution accurate and differentiated.

Responsibilities include legal research, regulatory monitoring, implementing changes into processes and training, and managing the inbox coverage team and Employment Law Analyst.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred for enhanced practice.
• Demonstrated legal research and analytical skills with strong written and verbal communication.
• Management experience or readiness for people leadership, including leading attorneys.
• Sound interpretive judgment for escalation and policy interpretation.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and clearly present legal issues to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and personally contribute to research and monitoring of leave laws (FMLA, state, municipal).
• Implement legal changes into processes, guidance, and training.
• Own leave/FMLA portion of quarterly compliance bulletin and maintain knowledge playbook.
• Lead the Employment Law Analyst and a group of coordinators/coaches; recruit and mentor staff.
• Serve as compliance liaison to Product and Sales/Account Management; participate in client meetings.
