Job summary

Under the direction of the Director, you will develop and implement improvements, educate staff, and collaborate with payroll and operations to minimize risk and cost while supporting business needs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 3+ years' experience in human resources, leave administration or a related field required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in the design, implementation, communication, administration and compliance of all leave benefits.
• Develops communications to maximize employees' understanding of leave benefits and eligibility.
• Manages relationships with plan providers, vendors and auditors to maximize efficiencies and minimize cost.
• Analyzes processes and implements modifications to maximize efficiencies and minimize escalations.
• Develops educational tools to support service-line understanding of leaves of absence.
