Job summary

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Full Time Leave Management Program Manager for our Health Center in Detroit, MI.

You will serve as the main client contact, coordinating FMLA, ADA, and workers’ compensation processes while partnering with HR, supervisors, insurers, and safety teams. You will bring at least 5 years of leave administration experience, deep regulatory knowledge, and a proven ability to manage complex cases in a union environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Compensation, disability services or similar; knowledge of governing regulations and medical terminology.
• Deep knowledge of leave of absence programs; ability to stay current on evolving laws.
• Strong technical skills and ability to work in several systems.

• Act as the main client contact on strategic integration and expansion opportunities.
• Identify and solve complex problems with proactive approaches.
• Own client/site meetings, committees, and task forces to support initiatives.
