Job summary

Westminster Management seeks a Leasing Manager to supervise a leasing staff and drive the property's leasing/marketing programs. You will be the primary representative for prospective residents, presenting features and benefits and securing lease agreements for qualified persons.

Responsibilities include setting monthly staff goals, scheduling, training, guiding staff, and ensuring fair housing compliance while maintaining model apartments and up-to-date listings in Yardi.

Qualifications

• Two staff minimum management experience required.
• Five years minimum experience in property management, sales, marketing and customer service.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred; HS diploma acceptable.
• Property management certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set monthly leasing goals for staff.
• Schedule staff for a 7-day work week.
• Audit calls to ensure fair housing compliance.
• Lead weekly leasing staff meetings.
• Train and coach leasing professionals.
• Show apartments and discuss features with prospects.
• Maintain lead tracking and follow-ups.
• Update listings and process applications.
• Walk new residents through lease documents.
• Ensure on-site cleanliness and curb appeal.
