Job summary

Westminster Management seeks a Senior Property Manager to lead lease-up operations for new properties. You will oversee the leasing process from prospect to lease signing, conduct market research, and develop strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue while delivering exceptional service to residents and clients.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of property management experience, strong leadership, and hands-on budgeting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of property management experience.
• Proven success in achieving high occupancy and leasing goals.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets and leasing trends.
• Experience with Yardi or other property management software.
• Ability to walk stairs and be physically able.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lease-up strategies for newly developed properties.
• Oversee leasing process from prospect to lease signing.
• Manage marketing campaigns and outreach to attract residents.
• Lead and train leasing staff; monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws and owner objectives.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
