The role emphasizes strong communication, tech proficiency (MS Office, Teams, Zoom), and experience with yardi or similar PM software.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of property management or collections experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Yardi preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to walk stairs and conduct site visits.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospects with a warm welcome and provide personalized property tours.
• Close the deal by guiding applicants through the leasing process and understanding their needs.
• Market properties via social media, local events, and campaigns.
• Manage tenant accounts, collect rent, process payments and address delinquencies.
