Job summary

Wellington Advisors is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to support the Community Manager and enhance the on-site experience for residents and prospects. You will manage leads, tours, and renewals, present apartment options, and maintain accurate resident files in Yardi and CRM.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, one year of property management experience, familiarity with Yardi, and a valid driver’s license. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service aptitude and professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Know the community and nearby competitors.
• Contribute to occupancy goals through leasing and renewals.
• Respond to leads via CRM, phone, and email, to book tours.
• Present apartment options to prospects and welcome them to join.
• Respond to resident questions in person, by phone, or online.
• Complete resident files with leases, addendums, and other documents.
• Enter prospect and resident data into Yardi and CRM.
• Assist residents with work orders and follow up for satisfaction.
• Respond to rental verification requests.
• Keep the leasing office clean and welcoming.
• Complete training modules as assigned.
• Follow Fair Housing guidelines and OSHA safety standards.
