Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly goals with efficient processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
• Uphold safety by coordinating monthly safety meetings and addressing issues.
• Track production targets and communicate results to staff.
• Handle administrative duties such as reporting and onboarding paperwork.
