Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Driver to manage site-level tasks on client sites, directing 2-5 team members and ensuring safe, efficient completion to BrightView and client standards.

Responsibilities include prepping equipment, delivering services per client schedules, supervising daily operations, training crew members, and maintaining vehicles and time logs. Requirements include a valid driver's license and landscape experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to operate multiple vehicles.
• Experience in landscape-related work and leadership of crew members.
• BrightView equipment certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites and maintain schedules.
• Identify and escalate customer concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Communicate with the Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Supervise crew, delegate tasks, and train team members.
• Monitor vehicle and equipment maintenance and log crew time.
