Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Land Development team.

You will execute civil engineering projects, support the production of civil plan sets, and coordinate with internal teams to meet schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate holds a PE license or is near licensure, has at least four years of land development experience, and is proficient in CAD/Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Land Development Engineering design.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in respective state (or eligible for licensure in 6-12 months).
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Execute land development civil engineering projects on schedules and budgets.
• Support land development teams to produce civil plan sets.
• Manage internal support teams (survey, traffic, hydrology) and coordinate schedules.
• Implement QA/QC program and ensure project compliance.
• Work with City/County staff for plan approvals.
• Lead up to five technical personnel: assign work, review, train, and handle compensation discussions.
• Administer construction services portions including RFI responses and contractor meetings.
