Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks an Assistant Civil Project Manager to join our Land Development Civil Engineering team.

The role supports project management, design, and coordination across multiple ongoing projects in a dynamic environment. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and at least four years of land development experience, with licensure or near-term eligibility as a Texas PE preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates competence in civil engineering design principles and cost estimating.
• Proficiency with CAD software and ability to learn new versions or tools.
• Experience supporting land development civil projects and bid phase assistance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design civil engineering projects of medium to high complexity.
• Perform project billing, tracking costs and profitability analyses.
• Assist in marketing existing clients and staffing for multiple tasks or projects.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and internal departments to meet schedules.
