Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Land Development team in Wisconsin. You will execute civil engineering projects, support plan set production, and coordinate with internal teams and authorities to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, leading up to five staff, and driving QA/QC and compliance across design efforts. A PE licensure or near-licensure is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required; PE licensure preferred or imminent.
• 4+ years of land development engineering design experience.
• Experience with QA/QC and site development processes.
• Ability to read plans, write reports, and manage design teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute land development civil engineering projects meeting schedules and budgets.
• Support land development teams to produce civil plan sets.
• Manage internal support teams (survey, traffic, hydrology, etc.).
• Implement QA/QC programs and ensure project compliance.
• Collaborate with City/County staff for plan approvals.
• Oversee multiple projects and allocate resources through stages.
• Administer construction services including RFI responses and site meetings.
• Lead up to five technical personnel: assign work, review outputs, train, and advise on promotions.
