Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development team. You will lead a high‑caliber civil engineering group, coordinate with owners and architects, and drive projects from concept through final design.

The role requires strong CAD/Civil 3D skills, cost estimation experience, and a proven track record in delivering projects on time and on budget. Travel to site and Westwood offices will be expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum eight years of total experience with four as Project Manager.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and Westwood offices across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development civil engineering projects on schedule and budget.
• Lead civil teams to produce plan sets and coordinate with Owner/Architect and external teams.
• Administer QA/QC program and ensure project compliance.
• Coordinate with city/county staff for approvals and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Oversee staff assignments, reviews, training, and performance evaluations.
