Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Land Development team in Wisconsin. You will work on civil land development projects, manage budgets, schedules, and coordinate with internal teams and local authorities.

The role requires a minimum of four years of experience in land development engineering, a PE license or eligibility within 6–12 months, and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. Competitive salary range $85,000–$120,000 plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience: ≥4 years in land development civil engineering design.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or eligible for licensure within 6–12 months.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; CAD/Civil 3D proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Execute land development projects on schedule and within budget.
• Support land development teams to produce civil plan sets.
• Manage internal support teams (survey, traffic, hydrology) and budgets.
• Implement QA/QC programs and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with City/County staff for plan approvals.
• Lead up to five technicians: assign, review, train, and promote.
