Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise AI use cases. You will lead multi-agent memory design, context systems with RAG, and scalable integration across AI-native environments.

The ideal candidate holds an advanced degree, 5+ years in software engineering and AI, and hands-on experience with frontier models and distributed inference. EY offers a hybrid model and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a technical field is required.
• 5+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools and code assistants.
• Proficient in Python, Bash and at least one modern language (Go/Rust/Java).
• Understanding of RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT for context management.
• Experience with CI/CD, IDEs and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against evals.
• Create integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Drive agent design requirements and formalize through AI-native processes.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support business development and IP filings; mentor team members.
• Hands-on coding and knowledge sharing within the team.
