Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise AI. You'll lead multi-agent patterns, RAG, and context management across scalable systems, with hands-on coding and mentoring.

This role combines architecture leadership with collaboration across AI, security, data, and infrastructure teams, in EY's flexible, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in EE, CS, or Math.
• 5+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native tools and CI/CD workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native platforms.
• Develop context systems including RAG, semantic chunking, and search.
• Implement benchmarks and compare against agent and human evals.
• Build replicable integration frameworks across systems.
• Define agent design requirements and drive via AI-native processes.
• Assess emerging memory architectures and frontier models through research.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Mentor Knowledge/Data team members and contribute to IP development.
