Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise use cases. You will work on multi-agent systems, RAG, and context management to enable scalable AI solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in AI memory, inference optimization, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment. EY offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native development tools/code assist (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI native designed systems.
• Design of context systems including RAG and Skills with semantic chunking and search.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against agent and human evaluations.
• Design replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across multiple systems.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement through AI Native design process.
• Assess emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals through primary and secondary research.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams to ensure balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on coding and mentoring Knowledge/Data team.
