Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design memory architectures and data fabrics for enterprise AI. You will craft multi-agent memory systems, RAG contexts, and scalable integration frameworks across AI-native platforms.

You will mentor, present at conferences, and work with AI, security, data, and infra teams to deliver practical, high-impact solutions while advancing IP and research in memory architectures.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Use of AI native software development tools / code assist.
• Scripting languages (Python, Bash) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Deep understanding of model fine tuning and customization through context management (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic chunking with search.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmark against evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Guide AI native design processes to meet requirements.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams for outcomes.
• Support business development and IP filings; present at conferences.
• Mentor Knowledge/Data team members; hands-on coding.
