Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI memory architectures and data fabric for complex enterprise use cases. You will work on memory architectures for multi-agent systems, context systems with RAG and semantic chunking, and scalable integration frameworks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering and AI, advanced degrees, and experience with frontier models and AI-native tooling.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiar with AI native development tools and common languages (Python, Bash; Go, Rust, Java).

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems across AI-native designs.
• Develop context systems including RAG and semantic search.
• Benchmark architectures against evaluations and milk-test results.
• Create reusable integration frameworks for memory architectures.
• Drive design requirements and implement via AI Native design process.
• Research emerging memory architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data, and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support business development and present at conferences; mentor team members.
