Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow safety procedures and policies.
• Must qualify for and maintain correctional facility security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Adhere to production guidelines and review logs.
• Ensure timely and safe meal service per Aramark standards.
• Train workers in duties and proper cooking procedures.
• Direct inmates in use of recipes and proper procedures.
• Ensure proper portions and dietary requirements are met.
• Maintain inventory and assist in receiving and storing supplies.
• Follow HACCP policies and Aramark food handling procedures.
