Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to production guidelines and log sheets per Aramark standards.
• Supervise inmates in food prep and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely meal service and compliance with guidelines.
• Train inmates in cooking procedures and safe food handling.
• Direct use of Aramark recipes and portions for special diets.
• Maintain sanitation schedules and security of areas and tools.
• Assist inventory and requests for supplies as needed.
