Responsibilities

• Own assigned kitchen shifts, ensuring strong execution of food preparation standards, cleanliness, safety, and inventory practices.
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately, on time, and meet quality and food safety standards before handoff.
• Lead and delegate tasks to Kitchen Operations Associates, leadership of Shift Coordinators.
• Coach team on proper food safety, cleanliness, and execution standards while modeling professionalism and urgency.
• Partner with DashMart Shift Leads and Site Leadership to align kitchen and warehouse operations.
• Support facility standards and contribute ideas to improve workflows and site performance.
• Foster a collaborative 'One Team' environment within the four walls.
