Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Kitchen Manager for DashMart Kitchens to lead daily operations of a DashMart-owned kitchen inside a DashMart fulfillment center. You’ll oversee a team of Kitchen Associates and Shift Leads to ensure meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll combine hands-on culinary leadership with scheduling, staffing, and workflow optimization while upholding food safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a medium/high-volume restaurant environment.
• 1+ years leading teams including hiring, scheduling, coaching.
• ServeSafe Manager certification or willingness to obtain.
• Hands-on leader who motivates teams of 5+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a DoorDash-owned kitchen within a DashMart.
• Hire, coach, and develop team; maintain safety-first culture.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and par levels; ensure recipe execution.
• Partner with Site Manager and cross-functional teams to implement initiatives.
