Job summary

DoorDash DMK in Colorado Springs is seeking a Kitchen Operations Associate to prepare meals to standard, maintain kitchen and warehouse organization, and support order fulfillment within a shared facility environment.

You will handle meal preparation, keep storage areas organized, and collaborate with DashMart teams to ensure quality, safety, and a positive team experience. Shifts include AM/PM/Overnight with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or related operations, or willingness to learn.
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willing to complete a Food Handler’s Certification on hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items to brand and food-safety standards.
• Maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage; ensure sanitation.
• Collaborate with DashMart Ops to keep site efficient; assist with light tasks.
• Uphold a One Team mindset to create a positive experience for staff and customers.
