Job summary

DashMart Kitchens (DMK) is seeking a motivated Kitchen Shift Lead to direct kitchen execution within a shared DashMart facility and oversee Kitchen Operations Associates and Shift Coordinators on a shift basis.

You will ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, order accuracy, and operational excellence while collaborating with DashMart leadership to integrate kitchen and warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler’s Certification preferred.
• Experience in food service or kitchen ops.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned kitchen shifts and ensure food prep, cleanliness, safety, and inventory.
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and on time.
• Lead Kitchen Operations Associates and Shift Coordinators on shift.
• Coach team on food safety and cleanliness while modeling professionalism.
• Collaborate with DashMart leadership to align kitchen and warehouse operations.
• Suggest improvements to workflows and site performance.
• Foster a collaborative One Team culture within the facility.
• Lead in fast-paced, physically active environments.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Hold a high school diploma or GED.
• Willing to complete Food Handler’s Certification.
