BBQ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations in our Gilbert, AZ restaurant. You will manage food prep, ordering, scheduling, and safety compliance to ensure smooth daily service.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to coaching staff, together with a focus on cost control, quality, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• NRA ServSafe Food & Alcohol certifications preferred.
• 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed.
• Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand and menu needs.
• Supervise kitchen staff and organize food preparation and cooking processes.
• Recruit, train, and develop kitchen employees in designated stations.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments.
• Schedule shifts and ensure coverage for peak periods and holidays.
