• ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH shifts and ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations.
• Coach, train, and develop BOH team members.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and production standards.
• Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
• Monitor prep, production, inventory, and product availability.
• Assist with opening, closing, labor management, and shift execution.
• Communicate with FOH leadership to support overall operation.
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team.
