Carrabba’s Italian Grill is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead daily back-of-house operations, ensure top-quality food, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. You will direct prep, train staff, and manage inventory while maintaining high customer service and culinary standards.

The role requires strong organizational skills, team leadership, and a commitment to the Carrabba’s standard of quality and guest experience. On-site, with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (culinary or kitchen management preferred).
• Experience in Full-Service Casual Dining or Casual Plus environments.
• Scratch kitchen experience is a plus.
• Relocation willingness is a plus; bilingual helpful.

Mansioni

• Direct and supervise prep staff and ensure food quality and consistency.
• Assist in hiring and training back-of-house staff.
• Implement safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols; ensure health standards.
• Ensure recipes and presentations meet Carrabba’s specifications; manage kitchen operations.
• Manage staffing levels and shift assignments; balance labor costs.
• Maintain inventory and place food and supply orders; monitor inventory controls.
• Maintain clean, organized kitchen, dish, and storage areas; uphold storage standards.
