Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Culinary or kitchen management preferred.
• Availability for a flexible schedule.
• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct prep staff progress and ensure food quality.
• Assist hiring and training of back-of-house staff.
• Implement security protocols for safety of employees and guests.
• Prepare kitchen equipment and production areas daily to boost productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation standards and laws.
• Verify that menu items meet recipes and Carrabba’s specifications.
• Manage staffing levels and shift assignments.
• Keep kitchen, dish, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Check and balance inventory and place orders.
• Set excellent customer service examples.
