Job summary

Carrabba’s Italian Grill is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee daily back-of-house operations and ensure top-quality food for guests. You will lead kitchen staff, train team members, and uphold safety, sanitation, and recipe standards across shifts.

The role emphasizes staffing management, inventory control, and adherence to Carrabba’s specifications while delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting a collaborative dining environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Preferred experience in leading within a Full-Service Casual Dining environment.
• Exposure to scratch kitchen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directing and checking the progress of the prep staff and checking for food quality and consistency.
• Assisting in the hiring and training of back-of-the-house employees.
• Implementing effective security protocols to ensure safety of staff and guests.
• Preparing kitchen areas daily to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies; health inspections meet standards.
• Ensuring recipes and presentations meet Carrabba’s specifications.
• Managing staffing levels and shift assignments.
• Balancing product inventory and placing orders.
