Job summary

Carrabba's Italian Grill, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to lead the back-of-house operations, ensure recipe adherence, and maintain Carrabba's standards of quality and service in a fast-paced casual dining environment.

You will supervise prep, assist with hiring and training, enforce safety and sanitation, manage inventory, and balance staffing while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Competitive compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per year plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in Full-Service Casual Dining preferred.
• Legal US work authorization.
• Availability to relocate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct prep staff and monitor food quality and consistency.
• Assist in hiring and training back-of-house staff.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance with policies.
• Prepare kitchens and production areas to boost productivity.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to recipe and standards.
• Manage staffing levels and shift assignments.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen, dish, and storage areas.
• Monitor inventory and place food and supply orders.
• Set example for excellent customer service.
