Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a on-site, live-in seasonal role at a rural summer camp network. You will lead kitchen operations, supervise staff, ensure allergen safety, and maintain quality in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You will oversee prep and production for designated day parts, manage inventory, and coordinate with camp leadership to deliver nutritious meals. A demanding 6-day work week is expected, May through Sept.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, cooking, allergen knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee prep, production for designated day part, and timely meal service.
• Manage allergen safety protocols and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
