Job summary

Code Ninjas is seeking a Lead Junior Sensei to guide our Junior Ninjas program for ages 5-7. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and brings experience in early childhood education, childcare, or tutoring. No coding experience is required; we provide training.

You will build positive relationships, lead hands-on STEM activities, keep families informed, and support other instructors. Part-time after-school hours with Saturday availability is preferred.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, engaging, and reliable Lead Junior Sensei to help lead our Junior Ninjas program. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and has experience in early childhood education, childcare, camps, tutoring, or elementary education.

No coding experience required. We provide training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, Elementary Education, or related experience
• Experience as a preschool teacher, kindergarten teacher, paraeducator, childcare provider, camp counselor, tutor, or after-school instructor
• Experience managing groups of young children in a classroom, camp, childcare, or enrichment setting
