Job summary

Code Ninjas Harrisburg-Mechanicsburg is seeking a Lead Junior Sensei to guide our Junior Ninjas program for kids ages 5-7. You will lead hands-on STEM activities, foster a fun learning atmosphere, and support families throughout the session.

No coding experience is required as training is provided, and you will help coach other instructors while building a positive classroom community.

About The Role

We are looking for an energetic, engaging, and reliable Lead Junior Sensei to help lead our Junior Ninjas program. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and has experience in early childhood education, childcare, camps, tutoring, or elementary education.

Responsibilities

No coding experience required. We provide training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, Elementary Education, or related experience
• Experience as a preschool teacher, kindergarten teacher, paraeducator, childcare provider, camp counselor, tutor, or after-school instructor
• Experience managing groups of young children in a classroom, camp, childcare, or enrichment setting
