Job summary

Code Ninjas of Beacon Hill seeks an energetic Lead Junior Sensei to guide our Junior Ninjas program for children ages 5–7. No coding experience is required as training is provided, and the role focuses on creating a fun, safe learning environment that supports early STEM exploration.

Ideal candidates love working with kids, communicate well with parents, and can lead small groups with warmth and enthusiasm in after-school sessions at our Seattle center.

• Build positive relationships with every student

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, engaging, and reliable Lead Junior Sensei to help lead our Junior Ninjas program. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and has experience in early childhood education, childcare, camps, tutoring, or elementary education.

No coding experience required. We provide training.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development, Elementary Education, or related experience
• Experience as a preschool teacher, kindergarten teacher, paraeducator, childcare provider, camp counselor, tutor, or after-school instructor
• Experience managing groups of young children in a classroom, camp, childcare, or enrichment setting
