Code Ninjas is seeking a Lead Junior Sensei to guide our Junior Ninjas program for ages 5-7. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and brings experience in early childhood education, childcare, or tutoring. No coding experience is required; we provide training.

You will build positive relationships, lead hands-on STEM activities, keep families informed, and support other instructors. Part-time after-school hours with Saturday availability is preferred.

Formación

• Experience working with children ages 5-7.
• Ability to confidently lead groups of young children.
• Patient, warm, playful, and engaging personality.
• Strong communication skills with both children and parents.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive relationships with every student.
• Lead fun, hands-on STEM and coding activities for children ages 5-7.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment.
• Keep parents informed about student progress and successes.
• Help support and coach other Junior Ninjas instructors.
• Prepare classroom activities and materials.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
• Follow daily operational procedures and assist with center events.
