Code Ninjas Franklin is seeking a friendly part-time Sensei to coach Ninjas through self-paced coding curricula, help students debug, and explain technology concepts in age-appropriate ways.
The position includes paid onboarding, ongoing mentorship, a flexible afternoon/evening and Saturday schedule, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive environment where learners are encouraged to explore and grow.
Code Ninjas Franklin is a game-based learning center where kids build coding, problem-solving, creativity, and technology skills through games, robotics, AI, 3D printing, and hands-on projects.
Our Code Senseis are mentors, coaches, and role models who help every Ninja feel welcomed, challenged, capable, and proud of what they create.

Experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring, coaching, camp counseling, babysitting, customer service, or supervising children is helpful. Coursework or experience in computer science, engineering, education, robotics, game development, digital arts, or related STEM fields is a plus. Familiarity with coding, robotics, Minecraft, Roblox, Unity, Godot, or 3D printing is welcomed but not required.
Positive and encouraging. Patient and adaptable. Curious and coachable. Dependable and professional. Energetic and engaging. Team oriented.
