You will create and drive schedules across multiple workstreams, lead governance with regular status meetings, and remove blockers to keep delivery on track. Strong coordination with cross-functional teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the project backlog, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and aligned with business objectives.
• Create, maintain, and drive project schedules, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Lead program governance through regular status meetings, stakeholder communications, and reporting cadences.
• Identify, elevate, and remove project blockers to keep teams on track and maintain delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, product, and partner stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and action items while driving accountability across teams.
• Establish operational processes and workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, and execution.
• Track progress against milestones and provide updates to leadership on project health, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensure organizational readiness and successful implementation of program changes and enhancements.
