Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to mentor staff, drive delivery excellence, and lead water-resource planning initiatives that meet federal standards. You will collaborate with HDR teams and clients to promote growth and successful project delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and proactive talent development within HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 10 years experience.
Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle multiple assignments.
Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; serve as Quality Control lead and project/technical lead for specific projects.
Lead or support technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Participate in tactical planning and align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; support recruiting for key positions.
Collaborate with client-facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; engage in pursuits as lead or team member.
