Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty or Life & Health license.
• 3+ years of professional experience in insurance sales or account management.
• Strong command of CRM systems and digital document management.

• Ability to mentor junior staff and guide team sales strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex policy details clearly.
