The Atlantic District in Virginia Beach is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent who values community engagement and long-term relationships. This role focuses on guiding individuals and families to choose policies that fit their needs, while actively reaching out to prospective clients.

Candidates should hold a Virginia Property & Casualty license (Life/Health a plus), be comfortable with computers and CRM systems, and experienced in building a client base through service and trust.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Solid understanding of insurance products and local coverage needs.
• Strong comfort level with computers and CRM database navigation.
• Clear and articulate communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Prior history of building and maintaining a client base through relationship management.
• Life and Health insurance license is a significant plus.

Responsabilités

• Guide individuals and families through selecting policies that best protect their future.
• Proactively reach out to prospective clients to share the value of our agency.
• Conduct thorough reviews of existing accounts to ensure our clients have the right level of coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of every interaction to provide consistent, personalized follow-up.
• Collaborate with the rest of the office to improve our outreach and client retention strategies.
• Represent the agency at local community events and build a strong professional network in the Virginia Beach area.
